It is a Good Friday. A holy day. A day which is more meaningful than Christmas is to the Christians. I am still a Catholic by birth - well taught at that. It is so strongly embedded in myself that despite years of practicing otherwise, I remain a Catholic until today. I may not attend masses anymore, but it does not mean I do not believe in Him. Whatever my lifestyle is, religion-wise, it is still for the good and I am not making any trouble for others for what I believe in. 50/50 of Christianity/Muslim, but then again, that goes with my extended family members, too I guess that is one of the factor that leads me to what I am, who I am today. So spare me the long lecture of what is right and wrong, religion-wise, as to me, it is my own believe, I choose what I feel is right or wrong to me. Respect that, thank you.

That’s beside the point, these two songs are my favourite by Franky Sihombing, to remind me that He is always by my side. To honour this very day.

I’m sure many of you have heard the song “Fireflies” by Owl City at least once by now .. remember the days when it was easy for us to see fireflies at nights? Now, in this concrete city, it is almost impossible to see one. I’m quite lucky since I live at a village, modern one at that, but still I get to see one or two which got lost and flew into my room A very rare sight though.

Anyway, I find this song is somewhat cute, and loving it! So let’s enjoy this song together…
