I’ve been wearing corrective glasses for most of my life, it started sometime when I was 10-11 years old. That’s what you get when you read under the cover, using a torchlight
Then as I got older, the contact lenses were introduced. Those hard lenses that were so uncomfortable – or so I heard! I only started wearing them when I was in my late teen and early 20’s. Then the coloured contact lenses were introduced and I was among the first to wear them. Now? Well now, even the teenagers are wearing them, it’s the trend to have a nice pair of twinkling eyes!
However, those pretty contact lenses would not look as good if one didn’t get rid of dark circles, right? Sometimes I do have the problem – every now and then, the insomnia will visit my life. Next morning, yabadabadoo… dark circles! However, I’m lucky for I don’t have the problem permanently… enough sleep and rest, it’ll be gone in no time at all
Now, I’ll say, I miss wearing coloured contact lenses like I used too when I was a working lady
Mana ba ni offer kerja semua ni, tia pandai sampai? hehehe…. sia mau begaya juga suda ni

Smoking was a taboo, then it became a lifestyle and now it becomes one of the health-concerned issues. Ask any smokers, those who has been hooked to it for years if they can stop, and most will say – it’s hard to do so. Social smokers would not have much problem stopping the habit, but every now and then it will creep up again, especially in social function such as clubbing with friends who smokes around them.
It’s all about your own will – whether you want to or not. But if you really have a bad case of addiction, there’s help out there to help the process, such as trying out to be on e cig instead of the “real thang”. ?I read the “Stop Smoking” posters on the wall of Luyang Clinic yesterday, and there were many tips to help you along the way. However, you have to remember the reason to keep on going and achieving your goal
Good luck to those that wanting to stop the habit, you know who you are

I managed to spare some time to blog hop today, and indeed, this blog is in dire need of some TLC, some attention. I am ashamed to say that this blog looks so ‘abandoned’ compared to all the other blogger friends out there. I’ve been meaning to re-arranged the widgets, etc to improve the look, but hey, hopefully my visitors could forgive me for being busy tending to the inmates; the 21 cats under my care plus the 4 hooligans (cats! not kids!) of my own.
I’ve been out of job for almost a year now, not taking the 2 short-term jobs I took in between that didn’t work out into consideration that is. Anyway, being jobless, I am still unable to get around doing the tasks that I said I wanted to do during these period of being “penanam anggur berjaya”. Blog still in a sorry state, recent posts have gone up without pictures and such. My house? Well, finally I was forced to clear up the junks today, especially in my room. Beware though, do not attempt to open the closet’s doors! LOL! Yes, you guessed as much, things will come tumbling out because I just stuffed some of the junks in the closets! Last resort, bah
I am going to do some picture-hunting in my harddisk about one of my precious hooligans, Kim. The story should be posted soon. I hope!

As time goes by, as the age adds up its number … there were a few reflection moments for sure that will creep into our lives .. the should have, could have but did not *sigh* I would not say there are big regrets in my life, but yes, there are some …
One of them would be the education that I chose that would have shaped my career now if I got it right the first time. But this of course, can be rectified with all the online degree programs being offered nowadays. It’ll take time and yes, some amount of money too. I took up IT, but I am nowhere near being good at it, except for being the end user!
People say that follow your heart, and I should have. But then again, I guess, this is how my life should be
HE knows whats best for me
We can only plan, ponder upon it but in the end … it’s been written in HIS book. But that does not mean that we do not have to work hard for whatever it is in store for us
Hence, I really should take a look at those online degree programs and see if I can take up something that is to my real passion and take another leap in my life. So, cheers… life is good despite all the ups and downs….

My room is such a wreck! Yes, I’ve been saying that over and over again, I’ve been clearing my room again and again, yet this problem persists. Dasar pemalas bah kan… haha!
Seriously, having a document management system would be handy. My documents are strewn all over the place, it’s almost like looking for a needle in a haystack when I need them. I would usually wreck the room even more when I need a certain document, pronto!
I may be good with my work when I’m on the job, but personally, alas… indeed I am in need of a certain book to have an organised room! There’s this book that caught my attention a while ago, but I forgot the title. However, no book could do me any good if my laziness and procrastination lingers as one of my traits, eh? LOL!
