I’m pooped! Yes, I’m tired trying to sell myself off, or rather, the supposedly skills and working experience. Having strings of interviews means I have higher chances to be offered a job somewhere, someplace… but hey, never did it occurred my mind that it could be so energy-consuming. Not that I’m complaining, I’m just sharing my surprise over this LOL!

Between the interviews and tending to the rescued cats, I have hardly much time left for house chores. Seeing my phone chargers everywhere on the floor, attached to the power points, is definitely not a great sight to come home to. I really should invest in cord covers to get all the wire cables in my room looks neat and avoid the danger of tripping on them!

We’re nearing mid-March already, damn, where did the time go?! And yes, amazingly I’m still alive today though I am totally broke!

I went to the Donggongon Tamu yesterday with my cousin, Mimi, to look for some bambangan pickles, but to no avail. Then we tried to look for it at KK Market, saw a vendor selling one quite small container for RM50! Ergh, if the pickles looks okay, ya, maybe, fine … but it has gone greyish already, so no thank you.

I didn’t know that there were cigar retailers or rather vendors at the market too. But of course, it’s the traditional types. But still, I thought there were only selling veges and spices there! The place is much cleaner than I remembered. That’s a good change, of course.

What I like most are the fresh veges and poultry that ?I saw being sold there. Much better than those being sold in the supermarket. If only the parking space at that area is convenient, I think I would rather get my fresh supply from there. However, since getting a parking space near the city market is such a nuisance, I’d stick with shopping for groceries in the supermarket or hypermarket

It’s been a terribly long day for me today, that my body is aching like nobody’s business. If my house has a tub with a hot tub cover, all I’d have to do is lift the lid up, fill it with warm, soapy water and soak my body to ease the aching muscles. ?However it was a very productive day.

As I got more involved with the caring and rescuing cats and dogs with SPCA KK, I get more convinced that this could be my true calling. This is more fun and challenging than baking does! More tiring, yes, but the satisfaction of knowing that another animal is saved, being cared for, is something that could not be conveyed with words.

I may not be able to dedicate all my time for this cause, but being able to do something whenever I can is good for the soul. I admire the three most dedicated individuals who area acting on the SPCA KK’s operations on daily basis; AF, CM & AL. This is something of a motivation for me to have a successful business of my own so that I can spend more time caring for the animals, too.

Women gets this, some men does too.  What? The cycle where one will have either intense cravings while some will have loss of appetite. Blame it to the hormones, but in women, it usually happens during the monthly cycle, the never ending PMS stories! LOL!

Sometimes we women will have this intense cravings before or after the menstrual cycle, just like the pregnant ladies does! This is what I hate the most for I’ll get bloated all over and uhm, gained a lot of weight within a short period of time. I couldn’t resist the cravings most of the time, and most of the time it’s either to go for very salty or very sweet food. It’ll feel like heaven when the sweet tooth kicks in and you satisfy the cravings with White Chocolate Covered Strawberries or the like of it. It’s when I crave for the salty snacks that gets me water retention, though.

At other times, loss of appetite happens too. Now this is something that I welcome because I don’t get hungry much and it means I’d be able to maintain my body weight if not lose some. Everything just looks unappetising, they just deter me from eating. But funny, I don’t get gastric attacks either during this time. As for the recent crazy, womanly cycle… I got the combination of both! Now at least it’s balanced!
