Whether I am eating a lot or not, whether I am losing or gaining weight, whether I am happy or sad, each time I asked, “How do I look?”, I tend to get the same old same old answer all the time. And the funny thing is, the answer is “Hmm, the same…” Duh. What do you expect when you ask a typical Taurus 
Anyway, while pinpointing which part makes no significant difference over time, it’d be my belly. People even mistaken me as pregnant. I need to (re)start making that trip to the gym soon. Though some of the modern?maternity clothes looks cute, it is not time for me to put them on yet as I am ballooning due to fat, not a baby! 
It’s frustrating, I managed to lose weight on the other parts of my body, but my belly remains …. with the excess.

In between my new job and my previous ‘occupation’ (which I now do part time), guess what I don’t have enough time for now? Yep, you guess it. Facial care. I usually dress well and try my best to look and smell good all the time but the acne keeps popping out even at this age! When will it stop? Geez, didn’t I pass that ‘age’ already? Whatever. I am going to make time for myself and I am going to get that well deserving nanocleanse facial treatment that I long for.

I am grateful now that I can safely say I have a job, employed and will be receiving that long coming paycheck after such a long time. The long while I was unemployed, people kept saying how fun it was that I get to wake up and take naps on my own terms. They couldn’t be more wrong! I was occupied, so occupied that perhaps the thing that kept me occupied should/could/would be an occupation which I am beginning to love – rescuing and caring for domestic animals! Well, doing that full time does come in mind but I’ll just wait and see, who knows I might strike lucky on the next jackpot draw, and then I get to be financially free, buy a nice home with large land, a brand new car, oh and an MPV to carry the pets around, go to vacation… Wait, how do I get to get a vacation with all the animals??? It’s nice to know that there are Outer Banks pet friendly vacation rentals where you can rent and bring your pets along with you.

Good morning/evening everyone. It’s my first day of joining the rat race again, yes, 1st day of working. I left home early in order not to be late, and turned out I avoided the traffic jam altogether! Yay! So here I am, blogging from the parking lot because it’s just way too early. Got here at 7.15am.
Though this job doesn’t pay as much as before, but still I’m thankful. At least it’s something and hopefully, this time the environment would be much better and most important – happy at work! Thanks to my high school ’s schoolmate, Wendy, for thinking of me when she got to know about the job vacancy.
Taking one step at a time, a day at a time. So wish me luck, everyone… may today will be the beginning of all the good things to come this year.

My body clock is real funny. I set my alarm clock to 9 a.m before I went to bed last night at 11.30 p.m, thinking that it would be nice to wake up a bit late for a change. Bah! I was already awake by 5 a.m today! Usually when I need to wake up at 6 a.m, I was still so sleepy when it was time to wake up, but not today, I’m all fresh that I just might as well got myself out of the bed. Walked into the bathroom and I wish I have the cash now since I really do need to get some bath vanities and the door fixed. I was expecting to check out myself on the mirror, only remembering I only got the small mirror in there and I had to brush my teeth on the kitchen sink instead as I don’t really feel like getting my feet wet at this wee hour of the day. Brrrr… it’s cold here, I tell ya!
I fed my hungry cat, Duvo, who have not eat the whole day yesterday because he was put on a fast before his minor neutering surgery. It’s good that I have an early Sunday too, because those in the cats’ home stay needs to be fed too … there were six other cats which got spayed and neutered yesterday. I checked on them late last night and they just starting to come to their senses, with their balance still off. Poor them. So they must be really hungry by now.
Have a happy Sunday everyone, I hope you have better rest than I have I put my phone on silent, expecting that grandma would call before 6.30 a.m today, and I was right! LOL! Grandma, would you please let me sleep in once in a while for change? But of course, by the time she called today, I already got my phone out of the silent mode as I am up anyway… hehehe
